This course provides students with a foundation in the science and technology of geographical information systems (GIS). The science focuses on ways to describe and explain spatial patterns and processes. The technology focuses on data modelling, databases and 3D and map visualisation. Assignment: Individual report, problem solving, weekly quiz and final exam |
