This subject intends to focus on explaining the external environment which is comprised of economic, legal, political, social and cultural aspects in one hand and the managerial resources of the multinational enterprise （MNE）in another side. After the meaningful analysis of both sides using sufficient statistical data, we turn to pay attention to how to formulate and develop the optimal corporate strategy. In considering the matching conditions of the corporate strategy and objectives with home and host countries’ environments, comparative analysis can be introduced by nations and industries. |
