Learning English through literature enables learners to understand both language skills and cultural essence, and has become a worldwide trend that emphasizes skill-based and content-based language teaching. ”You are what you read.” Good command of a foreign language comes from extensive reading. In this student-oriented class, students are encouraged to express their opinions inspired by the readings, exchange ideas with peers, and produce articles with critical comments. |
